He earned a Civil Engineering Technician Diploma from Loyalist College in Belleville. From there he went on to complete the General Carpentry Program at Algonquin College. Debbie Burghgraef Treasurer and Financial Manager. Debbie has worked about 15 years in contract assignments in various accounting and computer related administrative roles. She completed the Financial Management Certificate from Algonquin College in 1990.
